This article from a trade magazine explains just how critical photography is when it comes to selling a house. Its one of my favorite topics (crusades?) because I know too many sellers suffer (i.e. lose money) from poor marketing. 

If you see your agent walk into your house with a dinky camera with no external flash, you should demand something more professional. It doesn't matter if you are selling an inexpensive home in Windsor or a high end home in Avon - always demand quality!
